Alabama Public Utilities Alliance (APUA) is conveniently located in historic downtown Montgomery, Alabama, directly across the street from the Alabama State Capitol and the Alabama State House. The APUA office is open to all member utilities and offers parking, meeting space, kitchen facilities as well as mobile office space.
